I’m not please with the service form the service dept manager. They cracked my glass on my Jeep and he mocked me when I brought it in to have them look at it. Every time I come in I receive amazing service. Mr. Corey Morgan ALWAYS takes care of me! He's beyond amazing! He makes sure everything is aligned and perfect regarding my vehicle. Take notes. You'll hear something different from the service department everytime. You would think they would use a customer notes system to keep track especially if you are there 3 times in a two week service department everytime. Robert and Vinnie were a God send after all of the frustration. My customer service rating was partially due to them. I would hope that it wasn't because my husband was with me. Would I recommend... barely... need third option. More
