After a few bad experiences, I have decided to go to another dealership. Customer service has rapidly declined over the last nine months and it’s not worth the stress.. At first time visit had a difficult time with being greeted and having my vehicle checked in. Donna was great keeping me updated throughout the process. My main concerns were a major clicking noise in the driveline and a rattling back window. The window will be replaced but is on back order w process. My main concerns were a major clicking noise in the driveline and a rattling back window. The window will be replaced but is on back order with no ETA. The clicking noise in the driveline was still there after I picked up, no improvement from before the appointment. I also found pen marks on the drivers door that were not there when I dropped the truck off. Overall not a great experience because my concerns weren’t fully addressed but good enough to keep me from returning to another dealer where I had a very bad experience. I hope to hear from you soon that the window is in and ready for install so I can drop off again and have the clicking in the driveline fixed. Regarding price, a of my concerns were covered under warranty so I cannot rate price. More
