I went to Peacock ford service center December of last year to fix an electrical issue. Thomas, the service rep said it required special parts that need to be ordered and said he would order them. After s year to fix an electrical issue. Thomas, the service rep said it required special parts that need to be ordered and said he would order them. After several weeks went by I reached out and asked if the parts and come in and he said they had not. I stopped in multiple times afterwards to find out the status because he would not give me an update. Finally, I brought my truck back in for warranty recall items. After two days of not hearing anything from him, I called several times and he did not reply. Then I called the service administrator and she got him to finally called me back. The total time for the repair took a week and a half, and it was all covered by warranty. They did not pay for my rental car fees which they should have since it was a warranted item. Thomas had a bad attitude each and every time I came in. The service was terrible. More

I did not have an appointment and Tom was incredibly understanding and was able to fit me in. The concierge drivers service picked me up when my vehicle was done. I would given them a 10.5 now I am scale of 1-10! I am happy to see that this was a very different experience! Tom was awesome! More
