Fantastic quick service Showed up with a flat tire as a walk in first thing Monday morning. This was the second time I had showed up at 7am with a flat at this dealership. Wi Showed up with a flat tire as a walk in first thing Monday morning. This was the second time I had showed up at 7am with a flat at this dealership. With no questions asked they took my car, identified the screw and said I needed a new tire due to the placement of the screw. Kept me informed of the process, cost, etc. and within an hour I walked out with a new tire, updated software and washed car. Absolutely fantastic service every time I come expected or unexpected. Love these guys! More

Never fixing problem Amazing how you can take your car in several times for the same problem and they can NEVER find out what’s wrong with it. Our car battery needed replacing so returned there again, decided to take a look at the lot and was approached by our salesman, Sam Crockett.. He was not pushy and listened to what our needs were. He was patient and made us feel comfortable checking out our options. Since we lived in Florida and had just moved to Colorado our forte was taking a beating in this environment and wanted desperately to trade out for an SUV. He was a big reason we decided to purchase today and will send people to him if they want a fair and honest deal. Thanks to the whole team! More

Tire Warrenty Issues I purchased tires from Chad who highly recommend the Kumho I purchased over the Michelin I asked for The tires have a 50000 mile warranty on them and I purchased tires from Chad who highly recommend the Kumho I purchased over the Michelin I asked for The tires have a 50000 mile warranty on them and I have gone less then 30000. I believe these are wearing too quickly since they only have 5 mm left and are possibly the worst tires I have every have owned. The tires have been rotated every 5000 - 7500 mile and the car has been aligned a couple of times since buying them. I called on Thursday and spoke to Stephanie whom I believed was a service writer and she told me I had to bring the car in and we set an appointment for Friday. I took a day off work to get the tire issues taken care of which hasn't been taken care of. . When I got there i was given to Trey I. explained my issues and he told me I bought tires in 2017 and have gone almost 30000 miles like I should be happy with that. I Also found out that he has never done a warranty claim on tires and that I needed to call tire distributor. to find out what needed to be done. If I have to call why did I need to come in. I called and was told that I needed to go back were I bought them and they need to get in touch with there vendor to set up for them to inspect tires. I told Trey this whom told me about there tire sale and that we get different tires on there and see what we could do about warranty. My basic understanding of this is if I didn't buy more tires from them I wasn't going to get any help. I feel this visit was a total waste of my time I took a day off and got nothing resolved I will buy tires somewhere else and won't be back for service or too buy another vehicle since seems to me they don't care or want my business. More
