Not as promised Having bought three new vehicles at Peak Kia over the years I was not happy to be promised one thing and not received as told. Specifically I went for Having bought three new vehicles at Peak Kia over the years I was not happy to be promised one thing and not received as told. Specifically I went for a maintenance oil change and was advised I also needed a 30,000 maintenance which would cost me approximately $400, which I authorized. Once underway it was recommended I buy new tires. Not wanting to spend the money I was hesitant but was advised if I bought the tires I would not be charged for the alignment and the tires would be 139 each, I would also be eligible for a $100 discount via a coupon available if I spent over $500 which would be the case. After sitting at the dealership for 4 hours my car was completed. When I was presented the bill it did not have the $100 coupon discount and the additional fees associated with the tire purchase was unexpected. When I questioned the charges I was told the coupon was no longer available and the additional charges for the tires were standard. I left having spent over $1,000 and wasting a half day sitting at the dealership. While I understand paying for services and merchandise I believe the offer of a $100 credit I did not get and the lack of disclosure of additional charges was just wrong and misleading. More
