Grant Harrell was my Salesman and he is very patient, knowledgeable and just an all-around very nice guy! I was very impressed with the showroom and the customer lounge, definitely designed to make their customers comfortable. One of the most stressful segments (to me) when purchasing a vehicle is financing; at Peak Kia, that stress was not evident and I didn't feel one bit of anxiety, stress or distress. Mike, I believe is his name, in Finance was just way nice! Also, we didn't meet Dan but whomever Dan is, he is an Angel! THANK YOU PEAK KIA for making the purchase of my first SUV a memorable one, for ALL of the right reasons! Love my Sorento!! More

Experienced horrible customer service I don't normally write reviews but with the experience that I had here, I knew I needed to. If you're thinking about buying a car from here please thi I don't normally write reviews but with the experience that I had here, I knew I needed to. If you're thinking about buying a car from here please think twice or shop around. First, we drove about 2 hours to get to Peak Kia with the intentions of purchasing a Kia Sorrento for my Sister. I was along for the ride and my knowledge of buying cars. This was new to her so I wanted to help her as much as I could. We dealt with Brian Barr in sales/leasing dept. We called him a few weeks prior and explained the deal she was looking for. We waited a few weeks for a couple things to fall off her credit report. Today was the day she was ready to purchase a car. We called Brian yesterday he said for her to fill out a credit app on the website. She did and we asked if it would ding her credit? He replied No. Well, it did 3 pts. We should have known right then and there this would have been a nightmare. We call the next day and he says her finance rate will be between 9-13%. Which we understand she doesn't have top notch credit. He then called and said she would be able to qualify for a car under $20,000 because the bank won't lend her anymore then that. That meant she couldn't get the Sorrento she really wanted. So, she found another one. We made our way out to Littleton. We pulled up and right away he had the worse attitude. He clearly has no customer service. We checked out the car and it was alright. We said let's find a different car because this one isn't what she wants. He has the attitude of take it or you can't get anything else. He said let's go in and do a credit app. We were confused because we thought, didn't you already do one? We went to the office and she filled it out. We talked numbers a little. He was rude and short. He didn't care we were there to do business. My Sister was talking to him about her credit and his answer was well I can't help you with your credit. He was so freaking rude! Then proceeded to push that car on her and we said no she doesn't want it lets see what else is out there. He picked up the phone and called finance and was nasty and said oh she doesn't want that Sorrento! she wants something else. Mean while they were running her "credit" to see what she "qualifies" for... After our rude experience I walked into the show room and found Brian and he said I pulled up the white Kia. Ummm, weren't you saying you have to see what she qualifies for first? He replied with "oh" and walked toward finance. At that point I was done with his rude attitude. I asked him if he even ran her credit yet. He replied no.. I said please don't we're going else where. I think he was a little floored but when you treat customers like crap you don't deserve business. She may not of had perfect credit but shame on you for treating her like she was worthless. Needless to say we drove another hr to Boulder, Co to McCaddon GMC and she drove off in a brand new 2016 GMC Terrain... Customer service will get you a long way in the sales dept. More

Above and Beyond Before we met Grant Harrell, we never trusted any salesperson we had met. Usually they would only try to persuade you to buy more than what you need. Before we met Grant Harrell, we never trusted any salesperson we had met. Usually they would only try to persuade you to buy more than what you need. But with Grant, we could feel that he is different and sincere. The very first moment we entered the dealership, he welcomed us with sincerity. We told him about our situation and he wrote down all the details that he eventually used to find the best car that fit our need (both at present and in the long run). We were thinking of upgrading the horse power but not quite sure until Grant told us the good things of having a higher horse power, and we are glad that he did. It felt so much different (in a good way) when we drove the car plus it helped a lot during snowy days. We are very blessed to have met Grant as our sales person as he would go above and beyond. He offered to return our rental car (we lost our old car in an accident) to downtown even though it was snowy. He really does not have to do it. It would be difficult for us to return the rental car when only one of use could drive. Moreover, he did not show any bad expression (such as getting tired & upset) even after spending hours and hours to make sure we found the right car. He also brought and showed us the car though we never asked him to bring it just to ensure that we liked the color and that the car was in perfect condition. He also explained the details about the car before we left (again, without us asking him before) even though the dealer was already closed. There are many more good impressions we have on Grant but we would like to let PEAK KIA Littleton know that they have got a 'keeper' employee there with outstanding customer service skills. Thank you PEAK KIA, THANK YOU Grant. We love our car and will definitely refer our friends to you in the future. More
