I knew Sophie Pearson and had planned to go to her for my daughter's car when the time came, but ended up seeing her sooner than I planned for my own car situation. Sophie was awesome-she found out right away what my needs and budget were and guided me in the right direction. There was no pressure ever and she answered all of my questions directly, no trying to talk circles around me like every other car salesperson I had dealt with in the past. I worked with both Sophie and Lalo Rincon and could not be any happier with my decision. My neighbor also bought his car from Lalo and told me he had a great buying experience as well. I recently purchased a used 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid from John Romero over at Peak Kia, and I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience. The first time we went to the lot to look around it was late on a Saturday afternoon, and John Romero was the first to greet us when we came inside. We went to quite a few other dealerships before this, and at each one it felt like the salespeople were just vultures waiting to strike their next victim. Not at Peak Kia though! John was very relaxed and didn't put the pressure on us like the guys at those other dealerships. Of course I'm sure he wanted to make a sale, but he didn't treat us like we were just another payday for himself, he acted as if he was genuinely interested in helping answer our questions and help us find the right car for us. I would definitely recommend Peak Kia (especially John Romero) to anyone looking to buy a car in the future! Thanks! More
