I was greeted by Victor on 3/14/14 when I stopped in to ask about leasing options on the new Kia Optima. After settling on a few color schemes I felt my wife would like we set up a meeting for the next day to finalize a deal. When we arrived on 3/15/14 Victor was busy with another customer so we were helped out by Lalo. Victor stopped over to make sure we were doing OK and assured us Lalo would take great care of us. Lalo did a great job of showing us all of the options that the Optima LX comes with and took us for a test drive. On our return he showed us all of the different colors again to be sure my wife was happy with the color scheme. It was past closing time when my wife and I finally settled on the right car. We never felt rushed by Lalo even though he was working past closing time to help us get the exact car we wanted. He took extra time to explain all the details of the lease agreement as this was the first car we have leased. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated all of the information. The last step was speaking with Sophie to finalize the paperwork. She was very pleasant to work with. I would have to say that this group of individuals created the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the first time I stepped in the door to walking out with keys to our new Optima LX my wife and I were very impressed! More

My husband and I went in to get a specific vehicle last night...we had an appointment with Matthew who turned out to not be there so that was the only negative part about the whole process but then we sat night...we had an appointment with Matthew who turned out to not be there so that was the only negative part about the whole process but then we sat down with Enrique. He was so sweet and GREAT! He wasn't pushy at all and walked us through the whole process. The manager Matt was also great and really helped us get a good trade in and good percentage rate. They both stayed until 11 PM to get everything done with us and I couldn't be happier with my car and the service we received. Thank you!!!!! More

Andy is a great guy. I was in with my son, my friend, his wife and their two kids and Andy never batted an eye. He provided a couple of toys for my son and the older of the my friend's sons and allowed us to wife and their two kids and Andy never batted an eye. I also made him work for his money and he took the challenge of me and did very well. I would buy another car from this dealer even though I live about 1 1/2 hours from it. Good dealers are hard to find so i would visit and will attemp to bring others to be treated this well. More
overall had a great experience at peak kia. first off…i had been corresponding via email ahead of time so joshua knew EXACTLY which vehicle and level of trim i wanted. apparently they had sold the one they had been corresponding via email ahead of time so joshua knew EXACTLY which vehicle and level of trim i wanted. apparently they had sold the one they had on their lot the day i had arranged to test drive. joshua knew i was traveling several hours to come to peak kia so he went to another peak kia over an hour away to pick up the exact vehicle i wanted. that was awesome. this was my first experience buying a new car and i have to say i am super pleased. everyone was super nice, zero bad attitude. no high pressure sales or up selling which that type of thing would have really turned me off. everything was straight forward just like i like it. matthew the sales manager explained everything to me in way that was easy to understand and i felt reassured that i was being treated honestly and fairly. sean the finance guy got me a great interest rate and some extra warranty coverage that i felt was a great deal. the only reason i just gave peak kia a good rating on price instead of great is this….i walked into peak kia after also having dealt with another kia dealership via email that i now feel probably misrepresented the price they could offer to get me on their lot. so my expectations were that would be the price peak kia could match. peak simply could not go that low and when i contacted their competitor indeed the competitor could not sell me the vehicle at the lower price they lead me to believe nor did they actually have the exact vehicle i wanted. so in the end i felt peak kia was much more straight forward and honest from beginning to end. i had a great experience at peak. i drove away in my brand new car happy as could be. from my experience i have to say..contact peak kia . i would definitely do business with them again. thanx... Peak Kia pulled my credit three times (hard pulls), dropping my Fico by 30 points. Peak Kia did not have permissible purpose to pull my credit more than once. When I spoke with Brian Overton, he dropping my Fico by 30 points. Peak Kia did not have permissible purpose to pull my credit more than once. When I spoke with Brian Overton, he was extremely rude and condescending. He additionally is not aware of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, nor is he well equipped to provide customer service. Do not shop Peak Kia. It's a bad idea. More
