He was entertaining, joyful and genuine. I also worked with the manager Brian and Cory the finance guy. They were all GREAT! They made it a stress-free process. Even though I was there for several hours, they checked in with me often to ensure I was okay and to let me know where they were in the process. I was very impressed with the manager Brian. He took the time to introduce himself to me and dedicated his time and efforts in getting me a deal that worked best for my needs. Cory in finance was also refreshing. The only word I can think to describe how my experience was, is AMAZING. I was so terrified to even begin looking for a new car. I knew my credit was not at all where it should be and that made the even m was, is AMAZING. I was so terrified to even begin looking for a new car. But one day while listening to the radio I had heard an advertisement for PEAK KIA and decided to jump online and express interest. Again I was very hesitant to do so because in the past other dealerships would instantly jump to "hey go get a co signer." However PK was totally opposite. Paul gave me a call the next day, asked a little about me and what I was looking for, explained how financing worked, and answered every question I had. Matter of fact he made me feels comfortable and confident I filled out the finance application that day. He kept me in touch each step of the way so I was never in the dark. Once I was approved, without a cosigner I might add, I went in with my family and Paul treated us all like family. It was awesome to have a real person and not some salesman who was just pushing me to buy. I am so glad Paul could understand how the whole experience was scary for me being a first time buyer. I will always recommend Peak Kia for anyone looking to buy for two reasons, one they can get you financed and two, Paul O'Farrell will get you in the car you want without any regrets. More
