I only bought 1 car in my life before having to buy another one so I was a little anxious about the process and having to deal with car dealers who pressure you into buying on the spot. My experience at Peak Kia was surprisingly very pleasant. After showing me several vehicles that fit my criterias, Joshua Sandoval helped narrow it down to a couple that made sense for me. During the test drive, I was still expecting to hear the heavy sales pitch but, again, I was surprised when Joshua only spoke to answer my questions. The negotiations were smooth and Peak Kia really worked hard to include things that were important for me, like warranty. After everything was set and done, I left the lot with a car that I really like and an experience that I can only recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you, Joshua! More

i generally do not leave reviews but this is one exception I am happy to make. From finding a vehicle I was interested in online and the helpfulness of the online chat to actually going to Peak Kia exception I am happy to make. From finding a vehicle I was interested in online and the helpfulness of the online chat to actually going to Peak Kia to meet with John Morgan, this was the most pleasurable experience in car buying i have ever experienced. John was knowledgeable,and very helpful. When he found the car that I was considering from my online search he made sure that I was interested in a black vehicle before proceeding. As it turns out I wasn't ( I thought the one I was looking at was grey) so before i could say too much he found another vehicle, got all approval necessary to make the deal I came in to make and got me out of the dealership in record time. All of my questions were answered before I could think to ask them. Everything was set up and explained. I can't say enough! I have a New Soul which I am extremely happy with and I would, and will recommend Peak Kia to everyone I know. Thank you John Morgan and Peak for making this experience such a good one.
