Mixed experience at Peak Kia. My experience is based on purchasing a new Soul and follow-up interactions with the Service and Sales department. PROS: - Very friendly staff, from the receptionist to Nolan purchasing a new Soul and follow-up interactions with the Service and Sales department. PROS: - Very friendly staff, from the receptionist to Nolan Chapelle to the Service department staff. - Nolan answered all of my questions during the test drive and sale. When he didn't know an answer, he made the extra effort to discover the answer. - Nolan worked with me to purchase the car at a price completely covered by my pre-approved loan. - Chad was OUTSTANDING. Apologetic multiple times for an issue that wasn't his fault (see below), provided follow-up, and quick with a solution. **Were it not for my experience with Chad and his colleagues in Service, this overall review would be lower.** CONS: - Sean Simpson, who handled my paperwork, was friendly but seemed more interested in discussing college basketball with my friend than walking me through each document I needed to sign. - Sean and/or Nolan also forgot to take my down payment. I called the dealership back after several days to inquire about method of payment. When Sean called back, the explanation was "I guess in all the excitement we forgot to take your credit card number." - Part of the sale negotiation was installation of after-market roof rails and a crossbar in exchange for a larger down payment. I made the initial installation arrangements myself with the Service department, as I never received word otherwise about when I would be contacted. To make matters worse, this negotiation was somehow never communicated to the Sales department. I only discovered it AFTER I had dropped off my vehicle at Service AND taken a half-day off from work. Chad informed me that the parts would need to be ordered, which would take several weeks, and I would need to schedule a new appointment. Kudos to Chad for being apologetic and offering solutions while still having to be the bearer-of-bad-news. - When the rails and crossbar were installed a month later, Nolan delivered the car to me at my office but never offered an apology himself. He instead mentioned some change in internal policy about handing off paperwork to the appropriate person and "Yeah, when I saw that these were getting installed, I thought 'Finally!'" I wasn't impressed that the primary person with whom I was working and who made the sale didn't seem more apologetic about the situation. I will continue to use Peak Kia's Service department, but I'd caution anyone planning to buy from Peak Kia to pay CLOSE attention to detail regarding the sale. More
I just wanted to let you know that you have exceptional employees in Matt Sandoval, Josh Sandoval and Natasha. They were all wonderful. We actually came to Peak Kia to have an oil change and to have them employees in Matt Sandoval, Josh Sandoval and Natasha. They were all wonderful. We actually came to Peak Kia to have an oil change and to have them look at our Forte. My husband had been in an accident a few months ago. The insurance adjuster sent him to Richenbach Cadillac to have the repairs done. We told Natasha in the service department that our son had said the repairs hadn't been done correctly. We also had the brackets that hold the radiator in place..in the back seat of the car. Natasha had the service department check out the car. The radiator was not even attached to the car, the motor mounts were loose, the a/c was off center, and the fan was hitting against something. Also, the wheel wells were not properly attached. Natasha said the car could be re-repaired at a Kia repair center. We couldn't do that as we are driving back to Florida and my son has to be to work by Monday. We didn't have enough time in case anything had to be ordered to fix the car. The car would noto have made the trip. Natasha introduced us to Matt Sandoval to be our agent. What a fabulous young man. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal on our new Kia Rio. Matt spent most of the day with us and made a long transaction very pleasant. Matt is a definite asset to your business. Also, Josh Sandoval was exceptional too. What lovely young men. They both are easy to work with, helpful, and very patient with us. I say give them a raise...Natasha, Matt, and Josh! Also, the young man that we signed the loan papers with was great. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he was so helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the business and he is such a nice man. This is the second car we've purchased at Peak Kia and I would certainly do it again. We didn't plan on buying a car because we only came in for an oil change and found out that the car wouldn't make it to Florida. I thank Natasha, Matt, Josh, the finance gentlemen, and the owner for making something that could have been unpleasant , a very nice experience, Thank you again for everything. I went in thinking I probably wouldn't walk away with a new car, but wanted to see what my options were. I had a very small payment window I could afford and a not-so-good credit score to work with. So again, I knew I probably wasn't going to walk away with a car that day. Matthew welcomed me and was pleasant from beginning to end. He was easy going and helped me find the right car. I was eager to get rid of my 1994 Saturn, and Matthew made it happen for me! All of my needs were met and I was able to walk away with a newer car that day and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Matthew and Peak Kia, I look forward to driving anywhere and everywhere!! More

Our experience at Peak Kia was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We did not feel any pressure in any way to from selecting the car, test driving, financing approval, paperwork or deliv experience we have ever had. Buying a vehicle seems to be a lengthy and at times unnerving process, but Paul, Kristy and the rest of the staff at Peak Kia put my fears to rest. They were welcoming and made sure from start to finish it was a positive experience. I would recommend Peak Kia and Paul O'Farrell for all your car buying needs. I'm ecstatic about my Kia purchase and will ALWAYS make sure I deal with them for vehicle purchases in the future. He and the rest of the Kia team made my purchase experience quick, easy and understandable. They delivered as promised and didn't try to add on additional items or services I didn't want. Truly one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Price was fair - not great given that the car I purchased was a demo vehicle with minimal miles there was some room for negotiation. The buyer is always at a disadvantage here as you inevitably find all the minor issues, scratches, etc. after you purchase the car and drive off the lot. Still a very fair price for the car I bought and the Kia team was very willing to work to make everything right. More
I recently purchased a 2011 Kia Sortento and I am very pleased with it. Mathew Sandoval was the sales associate that helped me with this purchase. He was very friendly and easy to deal with.
