Joshua worked hard to get me into a Kia Optima. They found the right model and color at another dealership and picked it up for me. I just bought a 2003 Toyota Rav4 from Peak Kia today, and I'm very happy with my purchase! Sophie Pearson was the salesperson I was dealing with and I would definitely say she gave me 5 star service! I'm pregnant and due any day now, and she even delivered the vehicle to my house herself, which is over an hour away, just so that I didn't have to drive all the way there! She was able to handle the whole transaction online, through email, because she understood that talking on the phone isn't the best form of communication for me. I think I got a really good deal and the dealership gave me a good price. They didn't seem to mark the car up a lot according to Kelly Blue Book, what I paid was fair value plus tax, they didn't seem to charge me a lot for dealer fees. There was even someone else interested in this vehicle, and even though I was only dealing with Sophie online, she still gave me first option and I feel very lucky that I got the car in the end, because it's exactly what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, because I've dealt with A LOT of other dealerships during my long search for my dream vehicle, and no other has given me such good service, in fact I've had mostly bad experiences and poor communication...and plenty of places that tried to rip me off! So don't hesitate to give them a try, you won't be sorry! More
