I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorrento in August 2012. My salesman, Chris Neira was Great! He work with me to make sure that I found a vehicle that would fit just what I was looking for. The "negotiation" part of the sale went find - As much as anyone would like. Lastly, I was off to finance. With my good credit and Credit Union pre-approval in hand, I expected everything to go smoothly. My experience in Peak Kia's Finance department was HORRIBLE! The finance manager, Corey, epitomized everything that is wrong with dealership financing and car sales. He was less than helpful. He added fee on top of fee to the contract. He misrepresented a ridiculous glass replacement warranty. He did not explain most of the line items on the buyer agreement. The numbers he generated NEVER matched, and to this day no one has been able to get them to do so. Rebates that were supposed to be in place were zero'd out with little or no explanation. The length of the contract was changed. When pushed, his response was only and always "It will get you a better interest rate", funny how only the bottom line continued to increase. The extended warranty was even just added to the contract, and I was told that it was part of getting the better rate. The list could (and should) go on and on, but I will stop here. I do like my car. What would otherwise been a positive experience was distorted by one overly aggressive, pretentious, "I will get over on you" type of finance manager that has ensured that I will never return to this dealership again. Unfortunately, for Chris my salesman, I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle in 90 days. I had discussed these vehicles with him. Thankfully, other finance departments value their customers more than Corey at Peak Kia. More
Nick and the entire Peak Kia Team were very friendly and professional. I don't have great credit and they really went to bat for me! John was great! I initially requested an online quote and I was called within 24 hours to discuss the car. On Nov.6, 2012, We had a very positive buying experience at Peak Kia in Denver. We researched and knew what we wanted. Both Nick Worrell and John Morgan were courteous and knowledgeable. We recently purchased two used vehicles from Peak Kia and our salesman, Paul O'Farrell, made the experience very smooth and rewarding. We intended to purchase only one vehicle, but the selection and prices our salesman, Paul O'Farrell, made the experience very smooth and rewarding. We intended to purchase only one vehicle, but the selection and prices at Peak were so good that we were able to find two outstanding buys. One was in the difficult to find price-range of <4K and the other was under $7K. During our test drive, we noticed a noise coming from the suspension and felt uneven rotor wear. Paul quickly put the vehicle up on a lift and we inspected it with the help of one of their mechanics. We asked them for a quote to replace a worn suspension component, and turn the rotors/replace the brake pads. They responded with a very reasonable quote, about 30% less than I expected it to cost, and the shop fixed the issues quickly, while we waited. One of the cars was an early Christmas gift for our daughter and Paul provided use of one of the big bows from the showroom floor. I feel like we got a great deal, and based on my experience with Paul, I'm sure you will too! More
