I had a great experience at Peak Kia! When I arrived I started looking at the Kia Optimas, I have never really looked at them before. Nick Wehrer came out to help me while I looked at them. Our next dealership left us absolutely disgusted: the 'sales manager' condescendingly instructed us on how to use a pen in order to get us to sign a contract. Finally, late in the evening, we rolled into Peak Kia. Mr. Grant showed us cars in a relaxed but professional manner. He helped us narrow our search and select vehicles without pressuring us to make a decision. As customers, my wife and I felt in control of the shopping/buying process; we were treated like respected customers rather hapless cattle being goaded towards a slaughterhouse. We would definitely buy from Peak Kia again. They sold us a good car at a reasonable price with no unpleasant surprises during the process. More
