Andy worked for a couple of days trying to find me the car i wanted the day before he found it was the day before his day off he even told me he would come in if i needed him to. but there was no rush so he didnt have to but just the idea of him saying he would spoke volumes to me. you asked if i would recommend your dealer ship i already have! I was very pleased to work with Sophie Pearson. She was very patient, not pushy and very knowledgeable in the type of automobile I wanted. She was accommodating in having me test drive the vechile that I indeed purchased. I looked at other automobiles with her and her patience with me was great. She was accommadating with all the necessary paperwork, my husband actually had to leave and go home to get the checkbook and she had no problem waiting for him to return. She let me know every step of the way what was going on, how and what I was waiting for. After the sale, she helped program my phone into the car's computer system and went over all the car's functions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She was awesome and I would recommend KIA and Sophie to anyone looking for a car. More

I purchased my 2011 Kia Sorento back in middle of July, I waited to write this to make sure everything went smoothly through my first payment. My sales rep Shannon Nicoletti was fantastic, very knowledgable about all the Kia products and honest through-out the process. When figuring the monthly payments, Mike Byerly was great on giving me options on 60 months, 66 months and 72 months, he never made it feel like I was asking too much. They were fair on my trade as well. The finance office was fantastic, first signing with Michelle Ourefelli due to a BUSY day at the dealership and she wanted to lend a helping hand. Later was found a computer error on the VIN #, for the contract, but Cory Nelson was very helpful and apologetic about getting that fixed. All in all, this was by far the best experience at any dealership. I will be recommending friends and family to Shannon Nicoletti and Peak Kia for the great service I was provided. Once again, I'd like to say thank you Mike, Michelle and Cory for all you did it was a pleasure! More

I have been without a car for about 2 months, and was completely dreading car shopping. The first several dealerships I went to were pushy, sleazy car salesmen. I filled out the Pre-Approval on their website and someone called me within a few minutes. I have less than stellar credit, so was shocked when the Finance Manager called to tell me a bank was interested. In the past, the car shopping task has taken nearly four hours. When I walked in, they had already done the financing part. Michelle and Kristy picked out a few cars for me to test drive that were in my budget. Once I came back from the test drives, they showed me the CarFax for the car I wanted. About 30 minutes later, I walked out with my new (to me) car. It was completely hassle-free. I will never buy a car anywhere else. More

Thank gosh this is finally over. We have been shopping for a new car for 4wks. Coming from Steamboat Springs, driving down on Fridays, shopping both Friday & Saturday, getting the typical "haggle over pri for a new car for 4wks. Coming from Steamboat Springs, driving down on Fridays, shopping both Friday & Saturday, getting the typical "haggle over prices from every dealer we go to. Minimum of 3 hrs at each dealership, waiting for salesmen to go back and forth..... Finally, somewhere on the internet, it guided us to "Peak Kia". We called first, talked with Paul O'Farrell, he was extremely helpful on the phone, so we decided to make an appt with him Sat early am. We were greeted with a no haggle quote, and nothing but pleasantries. We were also looking at one other car at another dealer in Longmont. 3 hrs later, (of course),, we made the long trek back to "Peak" and Paul helped us make the easiest decision we've ever made. ( He didn't bother us at all)(how unusual is that) That's what made it so easy, he just gave us the keys, let us sit in the car (pondering for 15min) we didn't see him, or hear from him that whole 15min. after all, isn't it OUR decision. Thanks Paul, for letting US make our own decision, not HAGGLING or hassling us....Awesome.. We have already spread the word. Thank You KIA Where the heck has this guy been hiding???
