Had a screw in my tire it was a holiday weekend I was told it could not be repaired and I needed to get four new ones. I asked several times why it was not covered under warranty stating I always get the told it could not be repaired and I needed to get four new ones. I asked several times why it was not covered under warranty stating I always get them repaired or replaced I was told it was just wear and not covered I had them installed and then asked to have A Roadside Repair Warranty added to which I was told was not offered. No wonder I had to buy new ones for 1 screw in a tire the ones previously purchased from Kia only lasted 30,000 miles that should’ve lasted 60000 I shouldn’t of had to purchase new tires I will never buy tires from Kia again, back to Discount. Manager did give me 25 off each tire but I feel that I should have been told when I asked why it was not covered That Kia does not offer that service But it was a quick sale especially me being a female in a situation needing tires that day Never again!!! Other than routine service I will look at other places like Jiffy Lube to have my car Serviced More

Was not expecting to transact, but given the relative ease, this went down quickly and largely smoothly. Evening 1 was working discussing exact vehicle we'd be exchanging emails about for several days earlier, followed by settling on the OTD price. Had to push back on trade-in value originally offered, but result was mutually agreeable and not painful to arrive at. Financed through Kia; first offer of APR was considerably higher than expected. But, was encouraged by offer to pursue a tier bump for me. Encouraged me to take vehicle home for the evening, which was a good suggestion. Next morning was spent discussing much-improved APR offer and discussing $ over text (nice change of format given how uncomfortable it's become to sit in dealership wearing mask for extended periods of time). Found all but one small instance of an unexpected fee (which was handled nicely) progressed smoothly. John was a gem from the start, and I'd recommend him as your contact. Super courteous and kind and responded very, very promptly . . . just a polite man who will call you “friend.” Was lucky to work with him. Sean, too, was very responsive and kept his word each step of the way. Appreciated the simplicity of his saying, “I’ll get this done for you” and this doing just that. Both were refreshingly approachable. A couple of innocent oversights in paperwork reviewed with finance, but nothing that was not corrected in short order. The dealership itself (the setting) is, like I would assume all dealerships are, currently working through distancing restrictions. All employees masked, sanitizer available, water offered -- all encouraging given the state of things today. Distancing was respected. My only "gripe" (more of a suggestion for managers): please address the volume and choice of music playing for your patrons. I, myself, liked many of the tracks playing; but, the volume made it difficult to hear the employees speaking from behind masks and plexiglass. And if you have to "skip" a song due to its content, you may be well-served by just changing up the playlist. Overall, thanks to John and Sean, I'd return as a customer and will recommend these gentlemen going forward. More
