The air bag light was light on my new vehicle that we purchased from Shannon. Thank you Shannon for a job well done. We obtained same day service and was able to speak to Paul upon arrival. Every employee we spoke to was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate the assistance we received when we arrived, we were treated as if our concern was important. Paul even took the time to wash off my car for me, WOW!! He showed me how to navigate through the car services, and never once made me feel as if I was taking too much of his time. He explained all of the different gadgets and their functions, since I wasn't present when my husband purchased the vehicle. Paul was very professional; his exceptional customer service makes Peak Kia our new home. You have exceeded our expectations.
