Radio issues on a brand new 2024 wagoneer. Brought it in to be serviced. Tech was able to recreate the issue I was having with the radio. He said the radio needed to be replaced. A month went Brought it in to be serviced. Tech was able to recreate the issue I was having with the radio. He said the radio needed to be replaced. A month went by and I heard nothing from the dealership. I called the dealership, I was told I needed to bring it back in to be diagnosed. This time they couldn’t recreate the issue although I still had the same problem. Got my car back now the radio screen was frozen. Next day it worked but the same radio issue persisted. Took the car back in. They kept it 3 days only to be told they couldn’t recreate the issue… frustrating. More

I brought in my dad’s old truck to be looked at for a few things to make sure it’s safe to give to my teenager. Chris was so helpful and honest.
