The staff was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The service department fixed my tire very quickly. I was appraised of the work that they were going to do and how much it was going to cost which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

Came in for recall on car was done and had to come back 15 minutes later after car died and static on all stations never had that before they put in another fuel relay on a recall the second one in one hour and service should get there act together and test vehicle after working on vehicle

We take a lot of pride in the service work that we do and we always test drive the vehicles after we fix them to make sure they are operating the correct way. In your case the vehicle messed up after you picked it up which can happen. We then worked on it as soon as you brought it back and fixed it. Sometimes parts fail even if they are new, but when this happens we try and do whatever we can to get it fixed right away. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to our service Manager and he will be glad to talk with you about it.
You did not test drive it the first time after fixing the first time we saw them drive it out and park in front no test drive.
As I drove the car while exiting your lot it died and the radio now was not functioning due to excessive static it was really bad never had that problem was on all stations before exiting your lot and I then tried to restart and took it for a test drive which I brought the vehicle back immediately and went to the service line which you took and replaced the part again with two techs working on vehicle and Rob the service manager said he took for test drive and seems to be ok. Every time I come in for service I experience disappointment in the service.
You are more then welcome to take your vehicle anywhere you would like to for service. We have lots of customers and we treat everyone with respect and we try to make sure the vehicle is fixed right the first time but things do happen. This is not new for any service department.
