If you like being lied to this is the dealership for you. I took my vehicle there to have some worn front suspension parts replaced but since it was under warranty they would not replace the parts. They told me there was nothing wrong which is a complete lie. Problem was already verified by another shop. They only wanted to sell me new tires. Will not be returning. More

It isn't so much the dealership (maybe) but we had a new motor put in in 1/24. 1/25 it seed to have a problem. We had to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment. Then because of various approvals, etc. for w motor put in in 1/24. 1/25 it seed to have a problem. We had to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment. Then because of various approvals, etc. for warrantee work etc. we just got the vehicle back today. Over 3 months without the use of a vehicle we had spent over 10,000 getting a repair done by certified Chrysler service and parts. Ridiculous. Also I am told we only have a warrantee as of the original repair and 3 months of that we didn't even have use of the vehicle. Now we only have 9 months warranty on our over 10,000 repair. We really feel taken advantage of. We are chumps for feeling that going with the Chrysler brands service was getting the best. Oh and they didn't even wah the vehicle. It likely say outside with winter salt and grime on it for most of the 3 months. More

Radio issues on a brand new 2024 wagoneer. Brought it in to be serviced. Tech was able to recreate the issue I was having with the radio. He said the radio needed to be replaced. This time they couldn’t recreate the issue although I still had the same problem. Got my car back now the radio screen was frozen. Next day it worked but the same radio issue persisted. Took the car back in. They kept it 3 days only to be told they couldn’t recreate the issue… frustrating. More
