STILL trying to work out some kinks from purchase from October 2022! I bought a pre-owned car and it seems some cosmetic and upkeep work was ignored as it was being examined for resale. I had my car 3 mon October 2022! I bought a pre-owned car and it seems some cosmetic and upkeep work was ignored as it was being examined for resale. I had my car 3 months (from Oct to Dec) and on 12/19/2022, I was told that I needed a tire rotation and alignment, even after only owning the car for almost 3 months. I would have assumed that work such as this was completed BEFORE reselling the car; however, apparently not. I now also need new tires on this 2021 Sentra. This was bothersome to hear. I feel that it's truly unfair to me, as a consumer and a first-time purchaser with Nissan. Also, the fact that Nissan had my car in the shop for over a week back in October, very soon after purchasing because multiple dash lights were coming and staying on does not make me feel any better, to this day. Honestly, I feel that I purchased a car in which was not thoroughly examined and now I'm paying more money than I should have after owning the car for such a little amount of time. The staff has overall been nice; however, they have made it pretty clear that I'm the one to blame as far as repairs go. I was told on 12/19/2022 that my entire undercarriage of my car was "tore off" and I was asked what 'I hit', super upsetting considering that I didn't hit anything. My car was involved in an accident prior to my purchase and I am getting the brunt of the nonsense now. I will never purchase another used car again, especially once that was involved in an accident. Nissan should be responsible and take over the repairs considering; however, they yet have not. I've almost been tempted to bring my car back as much as I do like it. Overall, it's a crumby situation that truly could have been avoided if I was receiving the customer service in which I was expecting. I recently have been speaking with Mason but I keep being told things are out of his hands. Such a disappointment. Hoping he can help make things right! More
