Jessica is amazing! I live in Tallhassee and she helped me by phone several times with information regarding the vehicle prior to my making the trip there. Upon arrival was greeted by her and a salesman (Sam) who made purchasing the vehicle short and sweet! That was the best buying experience I've ever had at a car dealership; which we all know can be extremely difficult and aggravating. Two things that would have appreciated and/or liked. 1. When inquiring about the price by phone I was given a figure that I thought was great but when I got there that was the price prior to the premium package being added, which couldn't be left off and purchased for the quoted figure because the vehicle already had all the extras of the premium package. I bought anyway but I learned a valuable lesson there and feel like the dealership should have quoted me the exact price. The price was approximately 7 grand more by the time the purchase was done. 2. The salesman and manager didn't earn my business by knocking some off. They gave about a 1000.00 discount which they have built in anyway and acted as they could do no better, which was EXTREMELY IRRITATING! Point is they didn't do everything they could have to earn my business, I gave them my business because I loved the car...it sold itself!
