Spoke multiple times to an online sales associate noting the price and all fees. However, we drove an hour to the dealership and they added on an additional $8,000 on the sticker price and the associate nev the price and all fees. My Murano is still at the dealership, has been since 12/8/2022, waiting on parts from Nissan. Still not sure how long until repairs can be completed, “No ETA” for parts on order. Christina Rosario has been very apologetic, sympathetic even, but we both know that this has not been a lack of concern by the dealership and it’s staff. Very concerned, because I cannot afford to be without this car for a long period of time, it’s soon to be our only car as I am turning in my company Car on 12/23/2022, Officially retired.Service order remains open, work is incomplete. Car is not drivable, as the dash is torn apart. More
