I received a text saying that my car was ready to be picked up, I went to the dealership as soon as I got the text. I needed to acquire a new car as my vehicle had been hit by lightning which totally obliterated its electrical system. I checked out 3 car dealerships, one that I had been dealing with for 10 years, and two by lightning which totally obliterated its electrical system. I checked out 3 car dealerships, one that I had been dealing with for 10 years, and two of which carried makes that I never drove. I was very happy with Pearson Nissan. Jeff was my salesman. He listened to what I wanted, we discussed my situation and we did the test drive on the Rogue. I really loved the way it rode, the interior, and it was perfect for me. But I also checked out another nearby dealership. Although that vehicle had more options, I was driven away by the high pressure negotiation by the salesman and the manager. Two hours of nonsense. With Pearson Nissan what l appreciated was I had my answers on my initial visit, price & negotiation, and they put no pressure on me. In 1 hour I had my numbers and test drive. They listened and they didn’t highball me then bicker a price down. I took the Rogue home that day. My experience was wonderful from start to finish. If their service department works as efficiently as the sales, I’ll return again for sure. More

Original ("highly technical") diagnosis showed that the vehicle DID have a transmission problem, it WAS under warranty, a replacement transmission WAS available to be installed, & it was unsafe for me to drive. But,....final decision had to be okayed by Nissan corporate. Then was told, days later, that Nissan was refusing to pay for a new transmission, & so I should take the car home & bring it back if 5he problem got worse and/or the engine light came on!!!! Seriously???!!! Nissan has multiple class-acton suits & hundreds of separate ones concerning defective CVT transmissions, but they prefer to ignore this life -threatening issues because it's too costly to replace all their defective transmissions!!! Bottom line over human life!!!! I have spent the last 2 days telling everyone that I know across the country to tell everyone that they know NOT to buy any Nissan vehicle, unless the feel like commiting suicide or want to kill other people!!! I have called Nissan Consumer Affairs, have a case number (#47688383), & am awaiting some word from them....however, after heavily researching this ongoing problem, I am not expecting any positive action. Both Nissan & Pearson need to change your mission statements by removing clauses that mention "customer satisfaction"....I was told over & over that corporate was NOT willing to spend the money to replace my faulty transmission. They opted to "reprogram" it, which did NOT eliminate the "hiccuping" ride. I was told that a Pearson technician could not find any further issues after reprogramming my transmission! However, In the 2 days since I left Pearson, I've had numerous surges &"hiccups" (although, because I'm afraid to drive it, it really hasn't been driven much!!). This whole ordeal has been a devastating nightmare!! And, now, I'm stuck with a vehicle that is a death trap! Service? I think not!!! More
I already did this survey but I’ll try again. The battery which was a Nissan replacement 2 years ago because the same corrosion happened on the original battery. As I recall There was no charge The battery which was a Nissan replacement 2 years ago because the same corrosion happened on the original battery. As I recall There was no charge for it as it was under warranty. This replacement battery had even worse corrosion which ruined the battery posts. I paid for a battery clean and check which was poorly executed. When I returned to the service Dept after discovering the mess that had been made vs “cleaning” it they also replaced the posts at no charge to me. t the moment I am satisfied with the service but I will soon be looking under the hood again and every month in the future to see if the corrosion is building again. I will NOT purchase the replacement battery from Nissan when the time comes More
