I hope to never do business with this dealership ever again their customer service sucks the service department sucks they're racist and I am thinking about filing a suit the professionalism in the servi again their customer service sucks the service department sucks they're racist and I am thinking about filing a suit the professionalism in the service department is zero I would not recommend anyone to Pearson Nissan in Ocala Florida I feel sorry for the manager there because he's the only one that seems to care but the employees that they select they need to be more careful about who they hire. As much as I like my Nissan my experience there has really discouraged me from buying another one I am beyond angry!!!! More
