Service advisor was great no complaints about Vanessa. I told a technician my suspicions about the issue and he told me I was wrong and I needed a part that I didn’t need. I got quoted for the wrong part, I brought in a different part anyway so I’m at fault for that, but I wasted money for a part I didn’t need. I was quoted for a new dcu for $3,000 but for $60 I swapped out the micro sd in the dcu and now everything works perfectly. I called the service advisor to talk about it and he was a dick. Legitimately the most rude and disrespectful customer service worker I’ve ever met. More

My appt time was 2:15, confirmed via text, but the system said 2:45. When I arrived there was no service adviser available. Due to the time discrepancy, I had a ride pick me up, not knowing how long service said 2:45. When I arrived there was no service adviser available. No one ever called to let me know the status, what was found from the inspection or go over the recommended service. I have had my last 2 vehicles serviced here for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible experience. More
Supposedly got a certified car. Tires were 10 years old, mirrors didn't work. Was not shown how to work much of anything in the car. Was told that I should let thirty days lapse the Tires were 10 years old, mirrors didn't work. Was not shown how to work much of anything in the car. Was told that I should let thirty days lapse then get warranty to pay on the mirrors. I also fussed about the tires being so old. I told them that they needed to put tires on my car. After much bickering and fighting they agreed to do that. I told them about the mirrors again at the same time as I was arguing about the tires. They told me they would check them out for me. I had been in and out of the hospital almost every 2 weeks since they told me they would give me new tires and see about my mirrors. Because I had driven more than 3000 miles, they would not see about my mirrors. I don't think that was right. More
