Got a new advisor because the other one is long with the company. The new one is extremely rude and was short with me! Gave me a quote for 59$ and after waiting over two hours just for an oil change he want company. The new one is extremely rude and was short with me! Gave me a quote for 59$ and after waiting over two hours just for an oil change he wanted to sit and talk for 30 mins when my car was already done to someone else. I asked if I could check out I have somewhere to be they said I had to wait on him for paperwork then he wanted to charge me the most expensive oil that they didn’t ever put in my car before! After I told him that they didn’t ever put that in my car and he was rude and smart with me and I was right ! Then y would they have put 3 different oils in the last 4 times ??!!! More
