Service was sub par I showed up a little early for my appointment. I was told my advisor would not be in today. I was showed to the waiting room. No advisor spoke to I showed up a little early for my appointment. I was told my advisor would not be in today. I was showed to the waiting room. No advisor spoke to me. I was brought a piece of paper saying my oil would be changed and tired rotated. The wait was very long. When completed someone called my name, walked me to the cashier and that was it. There was no explanation of any service or recap of what was covered. Last time I came in, my advisor Jimmy took time to explain everything and it was great. Jimmy made my visit. Not so much this time. Jimmy wasn't there and noone else seemed to care. The gentleman who provided the shuttle service for me was great. He deserves kudos. More
