As usual everything went like clock work with the servicing of my Nissan Maxima. I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, however, they said bring it right in. Recommended. Ask for Vanessa, she is great, and cares about your service call. However, beware of the 'added value' services persons lurking at check-in. They are a windshield sales group. I have told them several times to STOP touching and marking on my car, and they have not. Last trip he smeared my windshield badly trying to take off the grease pencil he had used. My sales rep did ask me if she could take it back to have it cleaned by the service staff, but I was too worked up and finished what I could do myself before leaving. Their only intent is to sell you a windshield. You *might* genuinely need one, just beware. More
