I understand your service advisors work on commission but always trying to double your bill for an oil change. Telling me I needed new tires when I purchased new tires about a year ago. I literally driver always trying to double your bill for an oil change. Telling me I needed new tires when I purchased new tires about a year ago. I literally driver 3 miles a day. Then they get upset when you get upset. Last time they were trying to tell me I need over $200 in filters. I will take my business to a small local business where you don’t get bullied into spending additional money! More

It is the worst experience I ever had buying a car. After almost four hours negotiating the price, that xxxxxxx, Clayton who offered me a deal for $14,000.00 all inclusive with my trade, my loan ended After almost four hours negotiating the price, that xxxxxxx, Clayton who offered me a deal for $14,000.00 all inclusive with my trade, my loan ended up for $1,000.00 more of what we discussed.
