I am usually satisfied with the service, but this time it wasn’t as usual. I had to come in a get my transmission serviced because it began to act up as I was coming back from Jacksonville. I got my appointment but when I got there the guy wasn’t all together. He told me that he was tired and needed to go home and take a nap. I had called a friend to pick me up to go eat, when I came back, again he said I’m tired and I need a nap. We walk to pay the bill and I had to ask him if there was anything I need to know about my car, he said no , it is done. I go here because I always had great service, I was disappointed this time.
