Too Long for service Took TWO hours for a tire rotation and an oil change. Then they told me I needed an in cabin filter which I had just changed myself two weeks prior. Oil change/ tire rotation I have been pleased for most of my basic service calls...however...my last service, my windshield wiper fluid was not filled?!?...and how convenient?? Excellence in Customer Service My Service Rep., Isaac V. was fabulous. He made sure I got in when I needed to and took great care in making sure he got all the particulars correct a My Service Rep., Isaac V. was fabulous. In doing so the service department was able to correct my problem as well letting me know that certain filters needed changing.
