We had a scheduled an appointment and had stated the reason for it. When we reached the dealership, the service advisor gave a wild and unrealistic quote to simply diagnose an issue. The sad part was, we were telling her what the issue was it needed no further diagnosis, but she insisted on adding couple of hours of labor, just to diagnose a creaky, wood laminate panel on the dashboard.
