I have had almost a year long interaction with Pedder spanning 2 vehicles. The first vehicle in 03/2025 was the Dodge Daytona, which I bought from them, and it was basically a lemon. But instead of Lemon Lawing it, to expedite getting rid of it, I returned the vehicle, had to pay extra and went to a Challenger Hellcat SRT. They knew I was backed into a corner and really didn't work with me on a price. The EV had caused me so much anxiety and mental stress, I didn't care. I thought the HELLCAT would be fine. For the most part it has been. That was 5/2025. Fast forward to 12/2025 and a check engine light. I took it to my nearest dealer to get checked ,(as I have with my last 5 Dodges!) and turns out Pedder put something in my warranty that required me to take it to them. I couldn't find the clause in my paperwork so I wasn't sure what to do. I had the Service manager call Pedder. well 2 weeks later and Nobody at Pedder has returned her phone calls, my phone calls or emails OR Emails and Calls from the Warranty place. Because of their poor communication , I've been without a car for 15 days now. So if you deal with them just pray it all goes well, because if it doesn't, they WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BACK OR LOOK OUT FOR YOU, *to be fair, below I 1 stared some people I didn't deal with because I couldn't submit review without it and as far as imm concerned they're all in the same group; More
Since the dealership has switched to the pedder name I have not had a pleasant experience there. I brought my truck in for some maintenance and they refused to work on it due to aftermarket parts that all have not had a pleasant experience there. I picked up my truck and the service worker handed me my keys and paperwork and that was it. No explanation of work completed. I will not be taking my truck there and will never recommend them to anyone. More
My truck first went in on 10/8 and I finally got it back working on 12/17. That involved 3 separate trips for the same issue under warranty for a recall fix from a year ago for the high pressure fuel pump. working on 12/17. The positive, all that cost me nothing and they gave me a courtesy vehicle the whole time. And the guys in the office were super friendly. The cons, I was without my truck for over 2 months, and their automated text alert system was erratic at best. I'd get texts my vehicle was done and they're still waiting for parts. And one time I had to return the vehicles because it was clearly leaking diesel fuel. So my experience was great with the front office it just took forever and communication had to happen around their system. More

Crooks, swindlers, gloss over xxxxxxxx charges. Do not trust them. Very shady! Up charged unnecessarily. Tried to play the vet card saying they were looking out for a fellow vet. Not a fan of the Pedder or RAM. I've been working with this location since they took over the dealership, gone through at least 5 service writers due to turnover. There are multiple instances of unresponsiveness and no return phone calls. Latest issue was an overlooked and misdiagnosis. They missed on the chief complaint and instead performed warranty work, ok. My vehicle was returned without with major mechanical problems. I took it elsewhere and paid another shop to diagnose and perform repairs. More
