I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your dealership. From the outset, my experience was far from satisfactory. Furthermore, your team was unable to diagnose the odor permeating the cab. Instead, I was quoted over $2,000 to replace the fuel filter reservoir, only to discover that the issue was simply a need for a new seal. I had hoped to establish a reliable relationship with a new dealer for my vehicle maintenance needs. However, given these issues, I am not confident in returning for future services. More
They rescheduled my appointment for a week later because they were impossibly backed up. I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday night so they could start working on it right away Monday morning. They didn't even evaluate it until Thursday afternoon, and couldn't repair it until the following week due to no parts. I had to call every day to get an update. The replaces the front wheel hubs, claiming that was the noise, but never addressed the rear differential, which was the original complaint. The noise from the rear diff was extremely obvious and loud. I noticed no difference when I picked it up. I'm not sure there was anything wrong with the front hubs, and probably got ripped off. Ended up going to a local shop down the street and they fixed it for half the estimated cost from the dealer. More
