Had a great experience with having an issue repaired. Had to order and then hold parts for me until I was able to be seen. Made me feel like I was a priority. I needed a recall service to register my car. Multiple other Jeep dealers told me they had no parts and couldn’t help me for months. Furthermore, your team was unable to diagnose the odor permeating the cab. Instead, I was quoted over $2,000 to replace the fuel filter reservoir, only to discover that the issue was simply a need for a new seal. I had hoped to establish a reliable relationship with a new dealer for my vehicle maintenance needs. However, given these issues, I am not confident in returning for future services. More
