Excellent Service From the moment that you arrive a representative greets you outside asking you with details about what you need done in your car. Not too many dealers From the moment that you arrive a representative greets you outside asking you with details about what you need done in your car. Not too many dealerships do this so this is a big plus for Nissan. The representative quickly fills out the paperwork and asks you to go to the lounge. At the lounge, you will encounter free coffee, nice seats, and a large screen TV. Screen. My service on Saturday only took 45 minutes. That was impressive! They really deliver at Pedder Nissan in Hemet. More

Didn’t get the full service as requested I have a 2 yr old, so it’s an incovenience when I have to bring him . With that being said I didn’t get the car wash which was one of the primary reas I have a 2 yr old, so it’s an incovenience when I have to bring him . With that being said I didn’t get the car wash which was one of the primary reasons when I went. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection. I called an hr before to ensure how long it’ll take and if everything was available. When I showed up the car wash just happen to have a malfunction. The playroom was filthy. I had to literally clean it with wipes the best that I could. As I was leaving they told me the keys were in the car, so I go to my car and start panicking because I can’t find my keys . So I have to get my son out of the car, and go back to the office. Only for the keys to be right in his table. It was just poor communication. Their is more than enough time to clean. I’m just going to go one more time for the car wash that is owed to me. Then I think I’ll stick to Raceway Nissan. Overall Danny was friendly. More
