Preventive maintenance & electrical troubleshooting Thought I had a electrical slow drain and needed a tune up with spark plugs. We added the recommended fuel injection service. The preventive maintenance was completed within a few hours, but to identify any possible battery drain, a overnight observation was needed. Well no drain was found and the vehicle is running fine. This is not my first time taking my vehicle in for service. The service was not satisfactory. I had taken my car in previously for the same issue and had to bring it back and pay again because the iss service. The service was not satisfactory. Would Not Honor Agreed Upon Price thru True Car Do not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. They do not honor the price. I had a firm agreed upon offer for 2019 Nissan Frontier the salesperson-A Do not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. They do not honor the price. I had a firm agreed upon offer for 2019 Nissan Frontier the salesperson-Alphonso and manager-Aldo would not honor. The agreement was made through True Car which is also investigating the matter. In essence, Alphonso and Aldo insisted on including an aftermarket paint and interior sealant for $3,000 that was not listed on the agreement. They would not sell the car without including this additional charge. And the worst part of it was that they sprung it upon us when we were getting to purchase the vehicle in cash! Needless to say, there are much better dealerships to spend your money. Do Not Go There! More

For the rest of my experience, not so much enjoyable nor would I ever want to go they again. The finance department didn’t explain to me about the alarm system- the process not what it looks like even if it was hooked up. I left the lot with out an active alarm. I had to call the company myself and take care of it. I was told My car came with Nissan Connect since it’s a 2019 , turns out it doesn’t which is very frustrating after the fact. The dealership and the way it runs has gone down hill. More
