Good and Bad Experiences continue.. After making an appt for an oil change, I asked to speak to the Service Manager I had a concern with a previous $100 inspection of the car done in Apr After making an appt for an oil change, I asked to speak to the Service Manager I had a concern with a previous $100 inspection of the car done in April (3 months ago).. I was told "Deb", the Service Manager was in a meeting but I could leave her a voice mail. My message was brief and I asked for a return call to discuss my concerns. Deb didn't return my call so I call her the next day, Apparently she was not available but the Operator promised to find her and tell her to call me back. The Operator also made Deb the technician for my upcoming appt (this would allow me to meet and speak to her). She never returned my call and when I arrived at the dealership for my appt, no one knew where Deb was (isn't she the Service Manager?) then someone said she wasn't in that day (it was a Thursday). I spoke with Tim, who I believe is the Sales Manager and he took care of me and my concerns (thanks Tim!). Overall, the service is good, the staff is good, the waiting room is nice and clean and prices are reasonable. I wonder how "Deb", the Service Manager ever became the Service Manager given her lack of customer service skills and even her physical presence is questionable. More

Engines The service was good when I asked check the engine of my car salesman, so then said it was check good. I went home ,to check the myself engine. Awesome service department The service department took care of my car very quickly and gave me a loaner while my repairs were being done, because it was under warranty. Service advisor is a joke I go in to get an oil change I had a coupon for oil change tire rotation and car wash for $9.95 plus tax. The service advisor ask for my miles I told I go in to get an oil change I had a coupon for oil change tire rotation and car wash for $9.95 plus tax. The service advisor ask for my miles I told him he looked at me and ask again. I told him again he looked at me like I don't know what my mileage was. Then I gave him the coupon and he read it then ask me what did I come in for. After he finally understood why I was there he had me sign paperwork I sat down and wait. After about 15 minutes which I think was not long enough. Since there was at least 5 people already there waiting for their car and I had heard another service advisor tell his customer it would be about an hour. he said my car was ready. Then the price was not what was on the coupon after waiting a half an hour. A lady came out and I was told she was the manager. Adjusted the price. Then I go to leave and my car was not even washed. I don't know if they did anything. Except put a sticker on my window. I really don't know if I want to bring my car back in after this experience More
