My car was at Pedder Nissan for over 2 weeks I was told that over $5,900 was put into a new transmission for my 2017 Nissan Sentra my car still runs the same the RPMs are revving too high when I push on th that over $5,900 was put into a new transmission for my 2017 Nissan Sentra my car still runs the same the RPMs are revving too high when I push on the gas there isn't enough twerk behind the pool of such high RPMs although I did have great customer service from Robert I'm very disappointed and the outcome this business transaction. I purchased my car two and a half months ago I phoned in that something sounds wrong with the transmission or engine shortly after getting the vehicle I then took the car back around three weeks to a month later and was told they update needed to be made on the transmission. After driving the vehicle for a few more days I returned to let them know that it was driving no different. Shortly after that I returned for a oil change and let them know that the vehicle was still running hard and ipums were going to high for the card not to be moving as it should they kept it said they were changing the transmission how to return the car exactly the same way as I left it with them More

Service center was ridiculous. I made an appointment on Friday for Saturday at 10am, when I got there, i was told that I would still have to wait for 2 to 2.5 hours, I actually have to wait for 3.5 hours, Friday for Saturday at 10am, when I got there, i was told that I would still have to wait for 2 to 2.5 hours, I actually have to wait for 3.5 hours, what the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get in before me. On top of that Paul didn't have the invoice ready from Friday, I had to give the info and explain the problem again, and also Paul didn't quote me the same price, saying there was a $100 deductible and I actually got charged around $230, I'm not a satisfied customer to say the least More
