Poor communication and lack of knowledge and effort in resolving natter. In to pick up and drop off company leased vehicle. First off, I have replied STOP to the text message alerts about 2 or 3 times - and I continue to get more texts? Please remove my number from your text list. Only issue was that my vehicle was brought outside indicating it was done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 20min till I went to the service desk and asked if it was ready which indicating it was done.
