Would not buy again Lack of communication and failure to tell the truth about accessories. We drove over an hour to look at the vehicle. We drove it and we were interested in it but we did not want the Karr Security System or the nitro fill in the tires. Omar stated that it was already in the vehicle but he could have the system removed. After going to his manager, he came back with a reduced rate for the system. We though on it overnight and then called to say we wanted the vehicle and we'd drive back out to get it. It was a holiday weekend and so we asked if we could buy the vehicle with a personal check from our credit union. Omas checked with someone and responded back with yes. so, we made the drive again to get the vehicle only to be told that we could leave the personal checks but we could not take the car for 10 days. I felt that this communication was a way to get us in to sell the car. of course we did not buy the car that night but the next day we got cashier checks, the car was delivered (perk) but then we find out that there is no security system in the car and it's been impossible to find out about the nitrofill. Aldo has yet to return a text or phone call regarding this. Seems that car didn't come with floor mats and although it is considered a used car, it is a 2019. You'd think that instead of upselling with the accessories that we were told were in the car, the dealership would be honest. Reviews and social media can truly be a nightmare. More
