I have been doing business with Pegues Hurst for several years. My first experiences were with the service department and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their work and with their prices. The service writers are very courteous and insure proper diagnosis and repair. I use them exclusively for everything, including oil changes. I have become acquainted through my employer with one of the sales reps, Kevin Palmer, and have been very impressed with his attention to my personal vehicle needs & those of our company fleet. It is a great dealershiop for all of your vehicle needs, whether it be sales or service.

"Love my Pegues-Hurst Ford"

My whole experience of dealing with Pegues-Hurst has been outstanding. Steven Detro was the sales person that put me into the Escape I wanted, and has been true to his word ever since. All I have to do is call Steven, he assist me in setting appointments for service. This week I had a minor problem with the back door latch. Larry in the service department knew all about it when I arrived, Steven had arranged for me a loner which was setting waiting for me to get back to work. My service was completed by noon that day. How much better can it get! You guy's ROCK!

I was nearly late picking up my husband's truck from service and Keith Lawson was waiting for me, picked up my vehicle for me and brought it up while I checked out and was very friendly and helpful. "I took my 'new to me' Ford truck to this service..."

I took my 'new to me' Ford truck to this service department to get my original keypad code. Per the Ford website, this is something that should have take 5 minutes, tops. The staff was friendly but one office worker gentleman was quite rude with my 3 year old son. After 35 minutes, they told me my battery was bad (I didn't even ask them to look) and they suggested that I replace it today! I paid for what I originally went there for and immidiately took it to get a 2nd opinion. I found out that not only was my battery working properly but my alternator was also working fine. Pegues-Hurst, just cause I might look like you can scam me doesn't mean I will fall for it. Deal with this company with caution!!!!!!!!!
