I took my 'new to me' Ford truck to this service department to get my original keypad code. Per the Ford website, this is something that should have take 5 minutes, tops. The staff was friendly but one office worker gentleman was quite rude with my 3 year old son. After 35 minutes, they told me my battery was bad (I didn't even ask them to look) and they suggested that I replace it today! I paid for what I originally went there for and immidiately took it to get a 2nd opinion. I found out that not only was my battery working properly but my alternator was also working fine. Pegues-Hurst, just cause I might look like you can scam me doesn't mean I will fall for it.
Deal with this company with caution!!!!!!!!!
