Talked to the sales manager Russell by phone and agreed to price. We went to the dealer for the test drive and met salesman Richard Keilyk since we weren't positive that we wanted a Town and Country. After driving and talking with Richard about the vehicle we decided to purchase. The whole process was relatively quick and definitely painless. Richard seemed to be very concise in the explanation of all the paperwork. He also seemed to be walking the paperwork thru. There were no long periods of just sitting at the desk by ourselves. When we got to the part of signing the actual contract that too was also easy. The gentleman that helped us (I forgot his name) took the time to answer all our questions until we were satisfied with the explanation. Richard even synced our phone to the new vehicle before we left. Will definitely recommend this group to everyone. More
