Exceptional customer service! I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. After my last car buying experience from a different dealership I was dreading having to go c I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. After my last car buying experience from a different dealership I was dreading having to go car shopping. I saw a brand new car online and emailed to inquiry about it. Zach got back to me immediately, and answered all my questions. After crunching some numbers it was a little more than I wanted. My favorite part was Zach didn't try to push me into something I told him I couldn't afford like other places had, nor did he try to push me into a different car. After looking online some more I found my Escape! The dealership was closing soon but Zach didn't rush, he took his time really telling me about the vehicle. There were two MINOR cosmetic things wrong with the car and Zach had them fixed by the next day at no extra cost, I didn't even have to ask! I'm extremely happy with my purchase and beyond grateful for the service I received from Zach. If anyone is looking for an easy and stress free car buying experience go see Zach! More

He pushed for us to explore the best financial package, all-though Ford Credit was not the best for us he still found us a better deal. Carol Barksdale, was very helpful and straightforward with all the finnancial & warranty paperwork. Steven Detro, was the IT rep. and passed us on to Keith to process the purchase on the unit. Celebrating 100 years of Auto Sales is quite accomplishment nowadays for a local dealer. We support Ford for not participating in the Auto Bailout Program that gm used for creative financing the tax payers had to pay for. With Ford's international sales in Europe seeing the Ford product brand on display when we were in the UK is reassuring and quite refreshing to know Ford is here for the long term. More
