Took my car in to have a recall part replaced and told my service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. Got the car back and he said the mechanic never heard the noise. I di service advisor about a problem I had with a noise on the right side of my car. I didn’t even get down the hill to exit and heard the noise again, I text the advisor about the problem as he gave me his number that morning and did not receive a phone call or text back. I’ve taken the car in 3 times for it and it was still not fixed. Between problem not being fixed and a rude salesman I will not be going back to do business there. More

They were awesome! A man had let me know I had a low tire at the red light. I pulled into the parking, it was flat! Yes, they did!! I was in town for a dr, app., so time was kinda important. The man at the desk was super polite and helpful, he also kept us updated several times.. Didn't meet the man who did the work, but everything was done in good timing and the tire is doing great. When he told me no charge, what a blessing! Very slow process. I was told by the sales person (Christian) that the ceramic scam (in my opinion) included “2 windshields”. He said that as he said he wanted to be “transparent” about the ceramic scam that is nowhere to be found on any advertised price and is hidden under the big price on the windshield. After looking at the paperwork, there was nothing about windshield coverage. I texted Christian and asked about that and he said he would have to get with “finance” - crickets. I asked him to confirm what he told me - again crickets More
