Hands down had a great experience with Mr. Kendrick Price. Didn't find what I was looking for at Peltier Nissan but did at Peltier Kia. And with that I highly recommend Kendrick for car purchasing. More

Made deal with salesman over phone. Submitted credit info, DL and insurance as requested. Made appointment for afternoon of next business day for delivery. Next business day they called Submitted credit info, DL and insurance as requested. Made appointment for afternoon of next business day for delivery. Next business day they called and texted to confirm our appointment and I confirmed both. Later that morning they notified me another salesman had a family looking at buying the vehicle and it might not be available. Told me their policy was not to hold used cars. Then upon delivery of car found out even though the online advertisement listed factory extended warranty as being included I was told that was a mistake and it was not included. I will never purchase any vehicle or service from a Peltier business again. More
