I called ahead of time scheduled since i have to drive 40 min. I asked if I still had 3 free oil change and tire rotation. I was told I actually have four. When I went in to wait. A young man came in from ga min. I asked if I still had 3 free oil change and tire rotation. I was told I actually have four. When I went in to wait. A young man came in from garage to tell me my service had expired. I was not happy, since I specifically called ahead. That same wonderful young man went to speak to a manager. All was completed at no charge. I don't remember his name, but he needs promotion. More
