I went in for an oil change and air filter and was presented with a bill for $332.33. The service advisor did ask if I wanted the fuel treatment but did not quote the price. She did review the bill with me at checkout but it was a little late at that point. There were items that I did not authorize, items that were grossly overpriced, and items I could not even determine what they were. I contacted the service manager, who ignored my question for 7 days. I resent my concerns, which he brushed off, advising me to let him know if it happened again. It will NOT happen again, as I will not be returning to Peltier for service or sales. More

Probably the best dealership I’ve had pleasure of using. When I drove in, I was greeted at the door of my truck. Told him I had a 9 o’clock appointment for a recall on my truck. Need to speak with a service advisor about my inspection. Supposedly a fuel line issue that was never communicated. Phone system is antiquated and aggravating. Zero ability to speaker directly to a service advisor. Not even an option on the main phone system! Tried to go to operator and transfer to one, but nobody picks up, nobody returns calls. Useless. All other dealers assign an advisor who schedules you and stays with you until completion, and answers calls. The outsourced maintenance scheduling folks know nothing about your car, your maintenance plan, or diagnosis. Also useless. Fix your phone system and maintenance communication process. I promise it’s costing you massive amounts of business. I would never use the service after my prepaid plan runs out in its current state. No ability to communicate.
