There service department is the absolute worst! Our cars oil changes are covered for life but nearly every time we bring in our car we have a serious issue with it right after. The 1st time nearly Our cars oil changes are covered for life but nearly every time we bring in our car we have a serious issue with it right after. The 1st time nearly irreplaceable part was broken leaving us without our car for 2 months. Last time they left a cap off and when we started the car up it said critical engine failure. They wanted to then keep it but couldn't look at it for 4 days. No rental offered. Had to raise xxxx just to get them to double check the work they had just done. They insisted it wasn't anything they did then found the missing cap and the car was fine. We are going to start paying out of pocket for our oil changes just to avoid future trauma to our car at their hands. More
