We stop by on a weekend and Frank Hart was very patient, and knowledgeable of the types of models and its features, he walk around the lot with us and made us feel very comfortable as he talk to us about the capabilities of the subaru outback. We left and later contacted DJ thru emails and my wife stop by again and had a nice chat with him about car colors, number crunching, trades in value, and options upgrades on the subaru that she had decided on.
